and my name is Nadine and my passion is to give you the opportunity to discover your strength, your peace and your own greatness.
In our group, you take care of yourself with love, let others be the way they are with generosity and support the group with positive energy.
As a Kundalini yoga instructor (graduated by 3HO) and life coach (trained in Robbins - Madanes Training), I can give you individual guidance to discover your inner wisdom, new energy for life and redirect your perspective.
Every life stage has its challenges.
New stages in life, in grief or anytime -
I am here to listen and help you find your own healthy way to deal with life.
