At the beginning of the yoga class, we tune in, inhale and exhale to bring the group to a common level and to arrive in the moment.

The NOW. 

We dance and warm up, a series of exercises for the body follows, we slide into a deep relaxation for the mind and end the the course with a meditation for the soul.
